???? Position Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will help us make data-driven decisions by analyzing marketing campaign performance, tracking key business metrics, and providing insights to optimize strategies. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, ideal for analytical minds who love working with data.

???? Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret digital marketing data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools to identify trends and insights.
Track key marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve audience targeting.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer segmentation, retention, and engagement.
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and funnel performance to enhance user experience.

???? Requirements

Freshers & entry-level candidates are welcome! (Prior experience in digital marketing analytics is a plus).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Good understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and customer journey analytics.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
