Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team working on ML/AI projects. In this role, you will support data management tasks related to machine learning and AI projects, including labeling, annotating images, summarizing data using Excel, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in data entry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Image Labeling and Annotation:
- Accurately label and annotate images as per project specifications.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in labeling tasks across large datasets.
- Collaborate with the ML/AI team to refine labeling guidelines as necessary.
Data Summarization:
- Organize, summarize, and present data using Excel.
- Create and maintain Excel sheets to track project progress and data annotations.
- Perform quality checks on data entries and summaries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Data Management:
- Input, update, and maintain datasets used for machine learning models.
- Assist in organizing and managing large volumes of data files, ensuring proper categorization.
- Work with the data science team to ensure that data is correctly formatted and ready for model training.
Quality Control:
- Review and verify data entries for accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and correct errors in data entry or labeling processes.
- Provide feedback on data quality issues and suggest improvements.
Collaboration:
- Work with project managers and ML/AI engineers to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

Skills:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Additional Requirements:

- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
