???? Role Overview:

The Technology Third-Party Risk Management position involves owning and managing the daily operations of cybersecurity compliance assessment coordination and technology third-party lifecycle management. You will play a key role in assessing the overall risk profile of technology third parties and managing customer security requests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cybersecurity Risk Management: Actively participate in the execution of PerkinElmer’s Technology Third-Party Risk Management Program.

  • Daily Operations: Own and manage daily operations of cybersecurity compliance assessments and technology third-party lifecycle management.

  • Customer Security Assessments: Coordinate customer security inquiries and the PerkinElmer Cybersecurity Vendor Assessment Questionnaire.

  • Documentation Coordination: Gather necessary documentation from business requestors and ensure timely responses.

  • Risk Assessment: Analyze collected data to assess the risk profile of technology third parties.

  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work with colleagues across multiple business units to drive completion of risk assessments, from scheduling to remediation and off-boarding.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate communication between business, technology, and information security teams.

  • Vendor Security Requests: Manage incoming customer security requests, prioritize tasks, and recommend solutions.

  • Library Management: Maintain a standardized library of responses for customer questionnaires, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to refine responses and improve processes.


???? Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or relevant work experience.

  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to operate independently and effectively work within a team.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suites.

  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong judgment and strategic thinking skills to meet team objectives.

  • Risk Management Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date understanding of third-party risk management best practices and regulations.
