We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle communications with US-based doctors and patients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work night shifts.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat from US doctors and patients
Provide accurate, helpful information and resolve concerns promptly
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications
Document and track all customer interactions in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
Follow company policies and meet quality assurance standards
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience in customer support or healthcare sectors (preferred)
Ability to work US night shifts consistently
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and healthcare workflows is a plus
Minimum 1 year of night shift experience required
Work from home
Fixed weekends off (Sat–Sun)
Stable US shift schedule
