Roles & Responsibilities

???? Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Assist customers via phone & social media regarding product inquiries, complaints, and order-related concerns.
  • Help customers with placing orders and resolving abandoned checkouts.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including issues and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
  • Direct unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further resolution.
  • Handle social media escalations efficiently.

???? Performance & Process Management

  • Meet Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
  • Analyze customer issue trends and collaborate with teams to improve overall customer experience.
