About the Role

???? Shift Timing: 1 PM IST – 9 PM IST (important requirement)
???? Position: Customer Service Representative (Email & Phone Support)
???? Department: Product & Customer Support

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our current and future customers as we scale.

We take extreme pride in our customer support operations and have one of the highest NPS scores. If you do not have a deep passion for providing world-class support, this role is not for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Learn the Pluto platform inside out.
  • Provide support via Email, Intercom, WhatsApp, and Phone calls.
  • Maintain an industry-leading customer satisfaction rate.
  • Create help articles, explainer videos, and onboarding content for customers.
  • Automate and optimize customer support processes to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a crucial feedback loop to enhance Pluto’s product offerings.
  • Diagnose and solve complex issues using critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborate with the Support Lead on documentation, escalations, product updates, and communication with other teams.
  • Work closely with fast-growing companies in MENA as their primary support contact.
  • Partner with Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer questions and enhance satisfaction.

What You Need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn and understand a complex product quickly.
  • Strong writing skills for help articles, explainer videos, and maintaining support resources.
  • Proactive mindset in engaging with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to escalate issues effectively to engineering and product teams.
  • Strong investigative and critical thinking skills.
  • Basic understanding of APIs (a huge plus!).
  • Strong time and workload management skills.
