Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers and ensure seamless support through help desk software and CRM tools.


Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries effectively.
✔ Utilize help desk software & remote support tools to assist customers.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
✔ Handle multiple customer queries simultaneously.
✔ Maintain a calm & professional approach, especially in challenging situations.


Requirements

???? Education & Experience:

  • BSc in Information Technology or a relevant diploma.
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or a similar role is a plus.

???? Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple queries.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Patience & professionalism when dealing with difficult cases.
