Job Opening: Customer Support Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹1,92,000 per year
Location: Remote
Schedule: Day Shift | Rotational Shift | Fixed Shift | Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios.
  • Update internal databases with details about technical issues and customer interactions.
  • Monitor social media for customer complaints and provide assistance.
  • Share workarounds and feature requests with the team.
  • Educate customers about new features and updates.
  • Ensure technical issues are resolved by following up with customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Support or a similar role.
Familiarity with the industry is a plus.
✔ Experience with remote support tools and help desk software.
✔ Knowledge of CRM and design systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to multi-task and handle challenging customer cases with patience.
Working laptop and internet connection required.
Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory).
