We are hiring results-driven Sales Executives to onboard shops onto GetEasily, our mobile app and software for local businesses. This remote position offers flexibility and high earning potential through performance-based commissions.

Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Schedule: Day shift (Flexible working hours)
Expected Hours: 12 – 20 per week

Key Responsibilities

✔ Onboard local shops onto the GetEasily platform (minimum 5 shops per month).
✔ Identify, pursue, and convert leads using company-provided resources and training.
✔ Engage with shop owners to educate them about GetEasily’s benefits.
✔ Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress and sales strategies.
✔ Join the official WhatsApp group for sales tips, updates, and training.

Compensation & Growth

???? Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
???? Commission: ₹2,000 per shop onboarded beyond the 5-shop target
???? Unlimited earnings potential: More onboardings = More income!
???? Example: Onboarding 20 shops = ₹30,000 additional earnings (₹40,000 total)
???? Payouts: Salary and commissions credited in the first week of the following month

Requirements

✔ Strong communication & persuasive skills
✔ Laptop (preferred) & stable internet connection
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven & proactive
✔ Sales experience is a plus (but not mandatory—training provided)
✔ Languages: English & Hindi (Preferred)
