Position: US Division Customer Service Executive
Department: New York Operations - Customer Service

Company Overview:
MillTex Blanks, headquartered in Tonawanda, New York, is a leading supplier of high-quality apparel to business-to-business customers across North America.

Job Objective:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to assist our US division's remote CSR operations with tasks such as B2B order processing, inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service. This role will involve ensuring accurate order management, maintaining inventory, and fostering positive relationships with clients.


???? Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management
✔ Process B2B purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
✔ Verify order details, including pricing and availability.
✔ Handle backorders, special requests, and modifications.
✔ Provide excellent customer service throughout the ordering process.

2. Inventory Management
✔ Monitor stock levels in Canada and New York warehouses.
✔ Collaborate with the inventory team to update stock information.
✔ Ensure inventory system accuracy and assist with inventory counting and replenishment.

3. Client Relations
✔ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
✔ Assist with shipping arrangements and order status updates.
✔ Handle special order requests and ensure timely communication with clients.


???? Essential Qualifications

1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).

2. Experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer service.
B2B customer service experience preferred.
Inventory management experience is an advantage.

3. Skills:
✔ Strong written and verbal English communication.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✔ Familiarity with order processing systems.
✔ Basic understanding of shipping logistics and inventory management.

4. Technical Competencies:
Inventory management systems.
ERP systems (2+ years required).
Order processing software.
Maritime platforms (advantageous).
