About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our Internet Services team in Dharamshala. Local candidates will be given preference. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

???? Customer Interaction & Support

Answer calls and emails professionally, providing information about products and services.
Address customer complaints, ensuring efficient resolution.
Log and distribute customer issues for appropriate action.
Respond to inquiries and concerns with a problem-solving approach.

???? Technical Troubleshooting

Assist customers in resolving network-related issues (computer networks, routers, switches, and wireless setups).
Guide users through troubleshooting steps.

???? Complaint Handling & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Manage and prioritize multiple queries across different channels.

Requirements

✔ Education:

12th pass or graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

✔ Skills & Experience:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure.
Basic networking knowledge (troubleshooting networks, routers, and switches).
Experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

✔ Additional Information:

Immediate to 30-day joining period.
Must be able to commute to Dharamshala regularly.
