???? Role & Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Respond to customer queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Deliver employee, customer, and shareholder metrics as per set goals.
  • Balance customer interests with company objectives while maintaining service quality.

Process & Quality Improvement

  • Identify workflow improvements and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards & regulations.
  • Support new initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Performance & Service Excellence

  • Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—to locate and record essential information.
  • Exhibit a strong problem-solving approach with a customer-first mindset.
  • Maintain high service standards while handling customer inquiries and concerns.

???? Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience:
Graduates/Undergraduates with 1-6 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles.

???? Technical & Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
✔ Ability to analyze customer issues and provide quick resolutions.
Amex product knowledge (preferred).
✔ Familiarity with MS Office applications.

???? Key Attributes:
Customer Sensitivity & Service Orientation
Analytical Thinking & Attention to Detail
Ability to Work Under Deadlines & Take Independent Decisions

???? Preferred Qualification:
✔ A performance rating of G2L2 or better in the last review.
Previous calling experience in a similar role.
