Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with expertise in financial modeling and credit analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong financial concepts, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to work closely with stakeholders across various sectors and geographies.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Credit Analysis

  • Develop detailed financial models, including transaction details, financial statement analysis, projections, ratio analysis, and credit metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth loan opportunity analysis across various sectors and markets.
  • Perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing on loan serviceability.
  • Identify deal-specific covenants that serve as early warning signals for loan monitoring.

Credit Report Preparation & Risk Assessment

  • Draft concise and structured credit reports with key takeaways for review by credit and risk teams.
  • Conduct detailed industry/market research to assess the borrower's operating environment.
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to address data gaps, inconsistencies, and analytical frameworks.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

???? Education & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM/CA/CFA from a reputed institute.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis and credit assessment.

???? Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and credit analysis.
  • Ability to draft high-quality credit reports in a structured and concise format.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, ratio analysis, and sensitivity testing.

???? Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with Debt Directors, clients, and stakeholders in the UK.
  • Proactive, creative problem-solver, and a team player.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle changes effectively.
