Job Summary

The Mobility Team at Accenture is responsible for the day-to-day service delivery of mobility services for personnel traveling to various countries. As a Corporate Mobility Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for immigration-related queries, work visa processing, documentation, and communication with stakeholders. You will ensure compliance, manage metrics, and support team performance in line with company SLAs and global standards.

Must-Have Skills

Immigration experience and visa processing knowledge

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with the travel industry (airlines, hotels, car rentals)
Knowledge of travel booking systems and practices

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Process work visas by collecting complete documentation for invite letters or permits.
Handle employee queries related to visas and immigration, resolving within SLA (with support from senior team members as needed).
Maintain real-time updates in visa trackers and PM GATEWAY, including weekly work permit status reports.
Act as the primary liaison with employees, business teams, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with travel/visa agents for timely submission and retrieval of applications and passports.
Monitor and coach junior team members (Levels 13 and 12), track team SLA performance, and drive metric-based improvements.
Generate and share reports with internal clients and stakeholders.
Stay up to date on immigration regulations, best practices, and system knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and tools continuously.
Support additional mobility or operations-related projects as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

???? Experience: 5–7 years in visa and immigration operations, preferably within a corporate setting.
???? Education: University degree from a recognized institution.
