Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in AI-driven document processing. The ideal candidate must have prior experience reviewing contracts after AI extraction, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

???? Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate AI-extracted contract data for accuracy.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies and errors in AI-processed legal documents.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and AI engineers to enhance extraction accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in document processing.
  • Provide insights on AI workflow optimization for improved legal document analysis.

Experience & Qualifications:

✔ Paralegals with expertise in contract review preferred (Attorneys with relevant experience may also apply).
✔ Must have worked on at least two AI-based contract extraction and review projects.
✔ Experience in AI-driven document processing with companies using AI legal tech tools.
✔ Detail-oriented with a strong ability to spot errors and ensure high accuracy.
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable working with AI-based legal tech platforms.
✔ Familiarity with tools like Kira, Evisort, Luminance, or similar AI platforms.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
