Role Overview: Content Solutions Senior Analyst (CSSA)

As a CSSA, you will manage the day-to-day operations of BP's People Portal to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. You will leverage your content management expertise and graphic design skills to create an effective HR platform.


Key Responsibilities

???? Content Management & Optimization

  • Oversee the daily operations of the People Portal's Content Management System (CMS).
  • Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Work with content owners to refine and enhance core HR content.
  • Apply best design practices to create engaging layouts with optimized images and content.

???? User Engagement & Governance

  • Utilize targeted personas to reach specific audiences.
  • Enforce content governance practices and ensure adherence to writing guidelines.
  • Engage content owners in testing phases for feedback and validation.

???? Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish strong relationships with BP content owners.
  • Drive problem-solving by understanding business needs and challenging the status quo.
  • Assess and communicate the impact of technical and functional decisions on stakeholders.
  • Contribute to HR projects and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.

???? Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Provide recommendations for content enhancements based on performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years in HR systems development, business analysis, process documentation, or HR business support.
  • Experience in multinational companies with global collaboration.

???? Technical & Design Skills

  • Expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Salesforce knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Graphic design experience, including image editing (e.g., Photoshop).
  • Ability to translate business needs into intuitive designs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

???? Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and a team player.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
