Role Overview

The Client Success Representative serves as the voice behind Syfe’s brand, ensuring a seamless client experience. You will provide world-class customer service, solutions, and support, working closely with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as the single point of contact for client queries.
  • Take ownership of support tickets and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Craft professional responses based on internal processes and product offerings.

Process Optimization & Escalation Handling

  • Adapt response templates for frequent inquiries to enhance efficiency.
  • Follow escalation protocols for complex or high-priority issues.
  • Maintain and enhance long-term client relationships.
  • Manage time effectively, ensuring quick resolutions.

Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop a deep understanding of Syfe’s product offerings.
  • Provide expertise on app features and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

???? Experience:

  • 2 - 5 years in client management or a similar role.
  • Experience with Zendesk or equivalent customer service software (preferred).
  • Financial services background is a plus but not required.

???? Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Customer-first mindset with a can-do approach.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
