Job Description

As a Client Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth client experience, from onboarding to application processing and follow-ups. You will handle initial client interactions, assist with visa applications, and maintain client relationships for future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

???? Client Onboarding
✔ Engage with new clients via calls, messages, and emails.
✔ Share service agreements, invoices, and document checklists.

???? Documentation
✔ Collect and upload client documents in the CRM system.
✔ Track application progress and update client records.

???? Process Management
✔ Assist in drafting and submitting visa applications.
✔ Respond to post-lodgment queries and handle additional document requests.

???? Updates & Follow-ups
✔ Provide excellent customer service with regular updates.
✔ Ensure timely communication and client satisfaction throughout the visa process.

Key Requirements

✔ Experience in customer service, client handling, or administrative roles (preferred).
✔ Strong communication skills (Proficiency in English & Hindi preferred).
✔ Ability to manage multiple clients and track their progress efficiently.
✔ Knowledge of CRM systems.
✔ Proactive mindset and ability to handle client queries professionally.
✔ Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
