Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and creative Client Relations Executives who can work autonomously and connect with clients globally to enhance their digital infrastructure. This role is vital in supporting both Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and telecommunications network service providers through ISG’s Research practice.

You’ll have an opportunity to grow in your career through formalized paths developed by our leadership team, and pursue expertise in strategic account development, benchmarking, client renewals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Manage interactions with ISG’s existing clients, including IT, BPO, and network service providers.
Consultative Engagement: Provide tailored advisory support to ensure clients see value from their ISG relationship. Lead onboarding calls and regular check-ins.
Drive Client Engagement: Monitor, track, and ensure clients meet monthly/quarterly targets related to service usage.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of ISG’s products, including ISG Momentum services, and monitor their usage to align with client objectives.
Client Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve client issues, collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions.
Reporting & Documentation: Track client activity in ISG’s proprietary CRM tool and generate reports on a regular basis.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client relationship management, account management, sales support, or marketing.
Knowledge: A general understanding of the ITO and BPO marketplace is beneficial.
Time Management: Excellent ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot client issues effectively and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Cross-Group Collaboration: Proven ability to work across teams, break down silos, and maximize impact.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with global clients in the Americas, Europe, and ROW is a plus.
Flexible Schedule: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evening shifts, to collaborate with teams in the US and European regions.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with a diploma in Marketing or Operations.
