First and Third Saturdays are off; other Saturdays are regular working days
We are looking for proactive and passionate individuals to join our team as Career Advisors. This is an inside sales role, focused on tele-sales—only to qualified leads (no cold calling). You will play a pivotal role in guiding working professionals toward career advancement by helping them choose the right educational programs and courses.
Ideal candidates are caring, communicative, and organized, with a strong desire to assist participants in their professional journey.
Achieve sales targets consistently
Guide interested participants in aligning career and educational goals
Assist in the course selection process to ensure career development
Maintain consistent communication with participants and monitor their progress
Record enrolment data and provide supportive interventions when necessary
Demonstrate an active interest in participant growth and success
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; freshers are welcome
Comfortable making and receiving calls to/from prospective participants
Strong spoken and written English communication skills (fluency is a must)
Should be able to communicate effectively with senior corporate professionals
Familiarity with basic computer usage and LMS (Learning Management Systems)
Preferred background in counseling, education, career development, or related fields
Fluency in English and Hindi
Experience in professional counseling or academic advising
Prior exposure to inside sales, ed-tech, or educational institutions
Highly organized with a participant-first approach
