About the Role

Do you enjoy collaborating with teams to solve complex business challenges?

Join our Sales Operations and Analytics Team and help analyze and manage data to support various sales functions. You’ll work with stakeholders to provide valuable insights that drive better decisions.


Key Responsibilities

Data Intelligence & Dashboard Development

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards that provide deep insights for sales teams and executives.

  • Leverage Tableau and SQL (Oracle) to create intuitive data visualizations and reports.

Business Strategy & Insights

  • Identify and implement business transformation initiatives by analyzing sales data.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving financial performance, operations, and capacity planning.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align dashboard designs with business outcomes.

  • Assist in business strategy, financial planning, and performance monitoring.

Sales Data Expertise

  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) in sales data, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and usability in data visualization tools.


Requirements & Qualifications

???? Education: Bachelor's degree required.
???? Experience: 5+ years in business operations, preferably in a sales environment.
???? Technical Skills:

  • Tableau (Dashboard development, complex calculations, RLS, and data visualizations)

  • SQL (Oracle) – Advanced query writing skills.
    ???? Strong Communication: Ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
    ???? Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
