Job Description

Web Decorum is seeking interns to sell ERP solutions for manufacturing units and other software products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential factories and industries requiring ERP solutions.
  • Initiate outreach through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers.
  • Maintain a database of identified companies and key personnel (e.g., procurement managers, decision-makers).
  • Assist in preparing and delivering quotations, sales pitches, and presentations.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach activities, including calls, emails, demonstrations, and meetings.
  • Follow up with leads to improve client engagement and refine outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the supervisor regarding progress, challenges, and new opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must:

  • Be available for an internship or work-from-home position.
  • Be able to start between January 7 and February 11.
  • Be available for a 3-month internship.
  • Possess relevant skills and interests.
  • Women looking to start or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for lead tracking and data management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cold calling, client interaction, and relationship-building.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while providing regular updates to the team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and outreach activities effectively.
