Role Overview: Business Analyst Trainee

We are looking for self-starters who are highly motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong management, organization, and problem-solving skills and be responsible for driving business requirements across various customers.

Key Responsibilities

???? Client Interaction & Project Management

Assist clients with project implementation and management.
Participate in customer interaction calls, document, and clarify business requirements.
Prioritize and organize client requirements effectively.

???? Business Process & Requirement Analysis

Support the creation of Business Blueprints and map them to SuperProcure functionalities.
Identify customization opportunities for clients.
Assist in preparing detailed specifications for customizations and review them with customers for approval.
Simplify and translate business requirements for internal and external stakeholders.

???? Collaboration with Technical Teams

Work closely with the Development Team and Technical Analyst to ensure clarity in requirements.
Help in developing testing scenarios for the Quality Assurance team.
Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR a Postgraduate degree in Business Management (or equivalent).

✔ Experience & Skills:

Ability to work under pressure and meet client deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent data presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business teams.
Quick learning ability and willingness to adapt to new tools.
