As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting complex logistics processes, translating them into functional and technical requirements. - Understand and document complex logistics processes, translating them into functional and technical requirements.
Data Analysis:

Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate discovery sessions and interviews with stakeholders and communicate with international clients to clarify business needs.
Solution Design:
- Document solution designs, business process models, user stories, and data flow diagrams.
Implementation Support:
- Assist with solution configuration, testing, deployment, and provide user onboarding support.
