Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Salesforce Cloud team. This is a remote position where you will actively contribute to business process workshops, requirement definitions, and solution delivery. You will work closely with the Business and Product Owners to understand business requirements, define gaps, and ensure that solutions align with functional needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Participate and drive business process and requirements definition workshops.
Collaborate with Business and Product Owners to understand requirements.
Lead discussions on requirement engineering, identifying gaps between business needs and technical capabilities.
Capture and review end-to-end Business Requirements/Specifications/User Stories.
Create business process flow/journey maps.
Develop user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact for platform features and process clarifications.
Guide assessments in line with best practices and industry standards.
Act as the functional lead for solution delivery and ensure alignment with business needs.
Understand the current business capabilities, architecture, system landscape, and interfacing systems.
Assist in developing and reviewing architecture, high-level designs, sizing, and functional dependencies.

Required Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in Pre-Sales and Business Analysis. Exposure to consulting would be a plus.
Familiarity with at least one of the following:
- Insurance
- Salesforce
- CRM/Integration
Strong PowerPoint skills for creating pitch decks.
