Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Business Process Automation Developer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the development and maintenance of our automation projects. You will work closely with the team to automate manual business processes and enable internal stakeholders to focus on meaningful tasks.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Automated Workflows: Assist in creating and maintaining automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
Collaborate and Troubleshoot: Work closely with the team to troubleshoot automation issues and suggest improvements for performance.
Monitor and Support Automation: Regularly monitor existing automation solutions and implement necessary updates.
Document and Identify Process Improvements: Document business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Ensure Security and Compliance: Assist in maintaining security standards and compliance with company policies.
Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on cross-department automation initiatives to meet organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

Basic understanding of RPA development principles.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Basic problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to assist with multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job-related qualification in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and SharePoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Passion for learning and improving efficiencies.
Experience or interest in evaluating business processes.
