Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Delhi, Noida

Salary: ₹3,50,000 - ₹5,50,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business analysis, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects. You will be working with both business and technology teams to design and deliver solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Proposal & Planning:
- Prepare detailed business proposals and perform in-depth business, data, process, and systems analysis.
- Review and edit business requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
Process Mapping & Improvement:
- Complete and document process maps, identifying opportunities for process redesign and improvement.
- Ensure alignment between business and functional requirements, acting as an effective bridge between business/operations users and technology teams.
Requirements & Solution Design:
- Organize, run, and facilitate requirements and solution design workshops.
- Develop project artefacts such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), traceability matrices, UAT plans, and UAT scripts.
Project Risk Management:
- Take proactive actions to minimize and mitigate risks in project implementation.
- Contribute to project planning by assessing resource requirements and timescales to ensure overall project deadlines are met.
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Facilitate the successful delivery of project requirements that meet internal client specifications.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: 2-5 years in business analysis or related fields.
Educational Qualification: Other Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., BBA, B.Com, etc.).
