Roles & Responsibilities

Client Management:
- Manage and coordinate clients within the digital marketing and web development domains.
- Ensure clear communication of client requirements and expectations.
- Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project management standards.
Requirement Gathering:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and align project goals.
Data Analysis:
- Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights for client projects.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and web development concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with project management tools (Zoho Projects & Zoho Cliq are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication, management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements effectively.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the digital marketing & web development industry.
- Proven experience in client management and project coordination.
