Role Overview:

As a Customer Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining financial and operating plans for customers. You’ll work closely with them to understand their business models, map out KPIs, and consolidate data for analysis. This role involves working directly with customers, onboarding them onto Drivetrain's platform, and helping them make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Data Management:
Onboard customers to Drivetrain’s platform and help them integrate their data into the system.
Manage the data pipeline and ensure that customer data is consolidated across various sources.
Business Model Mapping:
Understand various SaaS business models and map them with the customers’ needs.
Develop financial and operating plans based on industry best practices.
Data Analysis & Dashboarding:
Write complex SQL queries to manipulate and consolidate data for dashboarding and analytical purposes.
Identify key KPIs and map them to data to provide valuable insights on business progress.
Customer Relationships:
Be the first point of contact for everything related to data, providing support and guidance.
Develop and manage customer relationships as the face of Drivetrain.
Shape Company Culture:
As an early team member, help shape Drivetrain’s company culture, practices, and product development.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Strong Analytical Skills:
Ability to solve problems in a structured manner and provide insights based on data.
SQL & Database Knowledge:
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and working with databases for data manipulation and consolidation.
Self-Driven & Proactive:
Able to take initiative and drive projects independently.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration.
Aspirational:
