About the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business needs, and proposing improvements. This role requires working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful business solution implementation while keeping projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Engage with potential leads to understand their project inquiries and break down client requirements
✔ Develop execution strategies and provide development estimates
✔ Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), flow diagrams, and execution plans
✔ Conduct requirement alignment calls with clients to confirm project scopes
✔ Work closely with developers to ensure seamless communication between clients and the development team
✔ Oversee project progress from lead status to completion, ensuring client satisfaction
✔ Handle projects across multiple industries, adapting to different business processes
✔ Utilize tools like Miro, MS Visio, Figma, Adobe XD, Excel, and PowerPoint for wireframing and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

???? Education:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
✔ Certifications in sales, business development, or business analysis (preferred)

???? Experience & Skills:
✔ 1-2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
✔ Strong understanding of requirement gathering, analysis, and project estimation
✔ Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management techniques
✔ Proficiency in wireframing & prototyping tools (Miro, MS Visio, Figma, Adobe XD)
✔ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
✔ Basic knowledge of programming languages (not required, but beneficial)
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
