Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential brand sponsors.
  • Support the sales team in coordinating and managing sponsorship agreements and contracts.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of sponsor interactions and sales performance.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth communication between sponsors and internal teams.
  • Help develop marketing and sales materials for brand campaigns.
  • Track and report sponsorship performance, offering feedback to improve engagement.
  • Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to discuss brand goals and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for driving results.

Experience

  • Prior internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
