Key Responsibilities

✅ Financial Operations & Documentation

Coordinate with Credit Risk, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure accurate billing terms.
Set up automatic billing for clients in internal tools.
Create and edit financial documents including invoices, refunds, credit notes, and security deposits.

✅ Account & Payment Management

Monitor payments and online transactions within our internal systems.
Manage finance account settings based on requests from Account Managers/Sales.
Handle client migrations (e.g., from prepaid to postpaid models, or between Infobip entities).
Provide finance-related comments on contracts (e.g., bank details, fees).
Support document fulfillment for public tenders.

✅ Reconciliation & Compliance

Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate invoice controls.
Ensure financial transactions comply with local accounting principles and group accounting policies.
Perform manual billing for clients with specific requirements.
Reconcile invoice discrepancies identified by CSMs or clients.
