Job Opening: Invoice and Account Management Specialist


Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Preparation and Processing:

    • Prepare and send invoices to clients based on services rendered or products sold.

    • Ensure invoices are accurate and complete, including all necessary details (dates, quantities, prices, and terms).

    • Maintain records of invoices sent and their corresponding status (sent, paid, overdue).

  • Account Management:

    • Keep client accounts updated with billing information and payment history.

    • Resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries related to invoices.

  • Payment Processing:

    • Receive, sort, and track incoming payments from clients.

    • Ensure payments are applied correctly to the appropriate accounts.

    • Send payment reminders to clients for overdue invoices.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate reports on billing data, including outstanding invoices, payment trends, and collections performance.

    • Identify areas for improvement in the billing process.
