We are seeking an experienced and driven Bench Sales Recruiter with strong expertise in the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated professional with hands-on experience in bench marketing and placing various visa holders.
???? Minimum 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales for the US market
???? Experienced in marketing H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, L2, EAD and US citizens
???? Must be knowledgeable in H1B Transfers and Visa-independent candidate marketing
???? Responsible for onboarding new candidates to the bench
???? Must be comfortable meeting monthly and quarterly targets
???? Act as a point of contact for consultants, vendors, and clients
???? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
???? Should be soft-spoken, proactive, and an independent contributor
✅ Proven experience in US IT Bench Sales
✅ Strong understanding of the US job market and visa categories
✅ Goal-driven with a consultative selling approach
✅ Fluent in English (preferred)
