Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to support our business development efforts in the financial services domain. This role involves end-to-end sales management, client acquisition, and relationship building, all while working remotely. Candidates with a background in financial products or services sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive Sales: Promote financial products and services to both new and existing clients.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements and Skills

Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in selling financial services.
Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Client Management: Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities.
Self-Motivation: Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
Technology: Must have own laptop and reliable broadband connection.
Remote Work: Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
