Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets for the Area Office (AO)
  • Expand market presence and drive business growth
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers

Planning & Budgeting

  • Develop and execute sales plans and budgets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for AO
  • Ensure compliance with company objectives

Customer Care & Product Awareness

  • Provide effective customer support and resolve queries
  • Increase awareness of new product offerings

Financial Management

  • Oversee payment collection & credit control
  • Ensure timely revenue generation

Liaison & Public Relations

  • Build strong external partnerships
  • Engage with government agencies, industry experts, and stakeholders

People Development & Training

  • Train and develop sales executives, trainees, and field agronomists
  • Motivate and coach the sales team
  • Conduct in-field training and leadership development

Office Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to Yara’s systems & procedures
  • Follow ethical and safety policies
  • Review proposals before submission to higher authorities

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education:

  • First-class Graduate/Post-Graduate in Agriculture or related domains
  • Proficiency in MS Office

???? Work Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Agriculture Sales
  • Proven track record in sales operations & business development

???? Desirable Skills:
✔ Experience in MNC Fertilizer/Agri Input companies
✔ High energy levels & achievement orientation
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Effective networking & relationship-building abilities
