About the Role

PepsiCo’s Sustain & Operations Team, part of the Digital Products and Application (DPA) organization, is at the forefront of driving digital transformation across Strategy and Transformation’s core priorities.

As an Operations Engineer within the Customer Success Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless adoption and operational excellence of PepsiCo’s digital products. Your primary focus will be on Europe market sustain operations, resolving incidents, minimizing application downtime, and enhancing end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Incident Management & Resolution

Diagnose, triage, and resolve technical issues.
Perform manual and partially automated tests, deployments, and maintenance.
Monitor production systems and dependencies to ensure optimal performance.
Identify repetitive issues and escalate them to product owners.
Participate in the on-call rotation for critical incidents.

✅ Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with product owners to validate runbooks, KPIs, SLAs, and customer notification procedures.
Document product requirements for debugging, testing, release, maintenance, and outage recovery.
Proactively contribute to team planning, product reviews, and feature discussions.

✅ Automation & Continuous Improvement

Research and propose viable solutions for efficiency improvements.
Contribute to ideas for automation and process enhancements.
Add code comments and document functions to improve debugging and maintainability.

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education & Technical Expertise
✔ 3+ years of experience as an Operations Engineer in Supply Chain/IBP.
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics.
✔ Technical knowledge of O9 or IBP platforms (preferred).
✔ Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud solutions (certifications are a plus).
✔ Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and software release processes.
✔ Competency in a programming language and ability to write functionally correct software.
✔ FMCG industry background (preferred).
✔ Working knowledge of ServiceNow, O9, and Supply Chain concepts.
