About the Role:

This is an individual contributor role that focuses on managing the end-to-end sales cycle. As part of the B2B Sales team, you will play a key role in driving recognition, usage, and advocacy for Roundglass Living among corporate clients. The goal is to position Roundglass as a leading holistic wellbeing solution for employers and employees in India within 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Target various organizations to sell wellbeing products to employees and beneficiaries.
Prospecting and Outreach:
- Build and maintain a strong prospect database for optimal outreach.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Promotional Events & Lead Generation:
- Participate in promotional events, industry forums, and lead generation activities.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track the sales pipeline.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Represent Roundglass professionally in external interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the client servicing team to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth client partnerships.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor landscapes.
Progress Reviews:
- Set and attend regular progress review meetings with clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years of experience in selling innovative wellbeing and/or technology solutions to enterprise clients.
Target Audience: Experience selling to CHROs (Chief Human Resource Officers) or HR decision-makers in mid-to-large-sized organizations is a plus.
Skills: Strong customer development, relationship management, and analytical skills.
Self-Motivation: A self-starter, motivated individual who takes initiative and is eager to learn and develop.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.
