Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the sales department in acquiring new accounts
Coordinate bookings, documentation, and execution of shipments (Air & Sea)
Ensure continuous communication with customers and overseas agents
Obtain and negotiate rates from overseas agents, airlines, and liners
Ensure accurate and timely service delivery to avoid penalties
Monitor and manage team performance to ensure productivity and alignment with organizational goals
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Apply expertise in:
- Air Import Freight Forwarding
- Air Import Cargo Logistics
- Sea Import Forwarding
- CHA and Liner Operations

Experience Required

Relevant experience in Air and Sea Import Operations
Expertise in freight forwarding, documentation, customer handling, and negotiation
Experience working with airlines, liners, and overseas agents preferred
