Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze utility bills and consumption data.
Analyze utility rebate programs for energy-saving opportunities.
Retrieve and analyze weather data for bin analysis.
Conduct Measurement & Verification (M&V) procedures.
Detect anomalies in utility usage based on weather and site occupancy.
Research and evaluate emerging energy technologies.
Perform financial analysis related to energy projects.
Conduct building energy and load analysis using tools such as DOE2 and EnergyPlus.
Evaluate HVAC system performance through load analysis.
Assess lighting upgrades and energy conservation measures (ECMs).

Qualifications & Requirements

Passion for sustainability and solving global energy challenges.
Experience or education in energy systems, HVAC, or building performance is preferred.
Familiarity with energy modeling software (DOE2, EnergyPlus) is a plus.
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Legal authorization to work in India (visa sponsorship not available).
