Role Overview:

The Junior Designer (Analyst) will be responsible for designing and producing marketing assets for the Asset Management marketing team. The role involves collaborating with the design team and stakeholders to create assets for campaigns, events, thought leadership, and other strategic initiatives.

Principal Tasks:

Asset Creation: Follow visual brand guidelines to design assets for various channels, including print, web, email, and video.
Collaborate with Content Team: Work with the content team to produce assets for thought leadership materials.
Image Search & Data Visualization: Conduct image searches and create custom charts and data visualizations for publications.
Content Editing: Flow content and make copy edits to marketing materials with a strong attention to detail.
Video Storyboarding: Develop visuals for video storyboards based on scripts, perform b-roll searches, and liaise with the internal studio team for proofing.
Event Design: Design branded assets for events, such as banners, signage, agendas, and other meeting materials.
Client Engagement: Work with internal teams to develop marketing materials for client engagement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of prior work experience.
Portfolio: Online portfolio examples of the designer's work are required.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Microsoft Office Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Video/Motion Experience: Moderate video/motion design experience required.
Editorial Experience: Editorial/magazine experience is a plus.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
Feedback Receptiveness: Open to feedback and refining designs.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at once with tight and competing deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
