???? Job Summary:

Provilac Milk is hiring a dedicated and reliable Area Supervisor / Shift Incharge to manage our early morning milk and dairy product home delivery operations. The role involves overseeing deliveries in routes such as Nerul–Panvel, Powai, Dombivli, Palava, and Badlapur. This role is essential for ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality deliveries while leading and motivating a team of delivery personnel.

???? Key Responsibilities

???? Delivery Operations Management:

Supervise and coordinate daily deliveries.
Monitor delivery staff performance and adherence to schedules.
Optimize routes to improve efficiency.
Handle and resolve delivery-related customer issues promptly.

???? Team Leadership:

Manage, brief, and support delivery associates.
Track attendance and resolve conflicts within the team.
Ensure all team members are equipped with the right tools.

✅ Quality & Compliance:

Enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Oversee vehicle maintenance and product handling procedures.
Maintain the freshness and integrity of dairy products.

???? Reporting & Communication:

Submit daily reports regarding delivery status, delays, and issues.
Coordinate with the Delivery Manager and escalate concerns as needed.
Communicate professionally with customers as required.

???? Qualifications & Experience

Education: High school diploma (minimum); additional certifications preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years in delivery/logistics/operations management (preferred).
License: Valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transport.

Team management and leadership.
Time management and problem-solving.
Familiarity with routes across Nerul-Panvel, Powai, Dombivli, Palava, Badlapur.
Basic mechanical/vehicle safety knowledge.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfort using GPS systems and mobile delivery apps.
