Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and field-ready Sales & Client Support Executive for Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, sales support, and training, both on-field and off-field. If you enjoy working closely with retail clients, driving sales, and managing training and incentive plans—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

(A) On-field Support

Client/Dealer Onboarding: Appointment and onboarding of new clients and dealers in Rudrapur.
Store Visits: Regularly visit client stores to drive sales and resolve concerns.
Training: Conduct offline and online training sessions to close skill gaps and enhance sales performance.
Target Coordination: Work with store managers and sales staff to set and track daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and related incentive plans.
Material Availability: Ensure stores are equipped with product catalogs, marketing materials, price lists, etc.
Market Insights: Gather feedback on market trends, competitor strategies, and areas for improvement in training and materials.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report the impact of training programs, maintain training calendars, and track marketing expenses and incentives.

(B) Off-field Support

Daily Engagement: Call client sales teams to update them on targets and build rapport.
Incentive Monitoring: Ensure incentives are credited regularly and targets are met.
Issue Resolution: Handle sales team queries regarding transactions, sales incentives, or customer complaints (already registered).
Incentive Accuracy: Identify errors in incentive payouts, and coordinate correct details with the accounts team.
Database Management: Maintain updated contact details and store manager info in the Google Store Master Sheet.
Miscellaneous Support: Any additional updates or admin tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education: Graduate
Experience: 3 to 4 years in a similar role
Preferred Age Group: 25 to 35 years
Strong communication, organizational, and training skills
Ability to travel locally and interact confidently with store managers and sales teams
