We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. This position will focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets, specifically for healthcare products and services. The role requires experience in B2B sales, particularly in sectors like medical devices, healthcare, and hospital partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for medical devices and healthcare solutions.
Hospital Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote the company's products, services, and subscription plans.
Product Promotion: Promote OBGYN products to healthcare professionals including physicians, doctors, hospitals, clinics, stockists, purchase managers, CXOs, CMDs, CFOs, and patients.
Software Solutions Sales: Promote and sell software solutions to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market planning to understand trends and opportunities.
Prospect Development: Develop a funnel of prospects and ensure onboarding as per AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
Agent & Commission Models: Develop a model for agents and commissions for different geographies to maximize sales and profitability.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, particularly in medical devices, healthcare products, hospital tie-ups, or software sales.
Industry Background: Preferably from healthcare services, pharmaceutical sales, or medical device distribution.
Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with the assigned base location (Patna, Goa, Maharashtra, or Gujarat).
