???? What Role You Will Play in Our Team

As an Analytics Engagement Advisor, your role will be to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and analytics needs.
Use modern data platforms to analyze data, generate insights, and provide advice on data consumption.
Drive process improvements and innovation, offering actionable recommendations.
Serve as the single point of contact for analytics use cases within the organization.
Promote data and analytics literacy through training, mentoring, and upskilling initiatives.

???? What You Will Do

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather and understand data analytics requirements.
Data Analysis: Utilize modern data platforms to perform data analysis and generate insights that inform decision-making.
Innovation & Process Improvement: Recommend and implement solutions to improve existing processes.
Consultation Services: Provide consultation and guidance on data usage and analytics tools.
Training & Support: Train team members on best practices in data analytics and tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

???? About You

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, data warehouse, data engineering, or related roles.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and experience with Snowflake.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Experience in product management within an agile delivery framework.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
