???? Job Summary

As an Analyst - USI GPS EA, you will support the GPS Procurement Operations and Vendor Management activities, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and manage engagement lifecycles effectively.


???? Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Operations Support: Monitor and ensure completion of procurement tasks with quality and timeliness.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other GPS OpX teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Information Gathering: Act as a liaison to gather business requirements from internal clients, procurement professionals, and vendors.

  • Issue Resolution: Provide timely resolutions for procurement-related issues and escalate potential risks.

  • Process Improvement: Leverage tools/applications to enhance project efficiency and optimize organizational procedures.

  • Documentation: Maintain and update system information and data repositories.


???? Qualification & Skills

Required:

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance.

  • Skills:

    • Strong coordination and team collaboration skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.

    • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent command over English.

    • Ability to deliver results within deadlines and objectives.

    • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    • Experience with government procurement systems and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is a plus.

    • Procurement/Supply Chain experience is preferred.
