Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of IT infrastructure services with high-quality standards.
Forecast, manage, and report on service performance including risks, deviations, and change management.
Handle IT service escalations by assessing business impact and engaging relevant SMEs for resolution.
Identify resource needs and collaborate with managers to assemble skilled, ad hoc teams.
Provide frequent status updates and dashboards to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Develop and execute service delivery plans to improve internal customer satisfaction, product/service adoption, and overall service health.
Analyze gaps, propose alternative solutions, and implement improvements aligned with business goals.
Experience working in ITSM environments (ITIL); knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Experience managing ServiceDesk+ or other ITSM tools.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and large teams (10+ members) across varying seniority levels.
Background in project or service management, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies: servers, storage, networking, cloud, security, and databases.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Spanish preferred.
Demonstrated conflict resolution and pressure management skills.
Analytical, process-driven mindset with multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
A collaborative team player with active listening, empathy, and assertiveness.
