Responsibilities

As part of the Global Mobility Operations team, you will:

Support Global Mobility functions, managing approximately 2,000 international assignments (rotational, short-term, long-term, international transfers, and remote workers).
Serve as the Workday champion, handling system transactions and reporting for all types of relocations and deployments.
Execute Workday transactions, including Start & End IA (International Assignment).
Create and manage assignment records in Mobility systems.
Initiate and oversee workflows/approvals in Mobility systems.
Process assignment initiation and repatriation in Mobility vendor systems.
Support review and processing of vendor invoices related to mobility.
Identify and resolve data gaps between Mobility systems and Workday.
Address data and reporting queries via ServiceNow case management.
Develop and manage stakeholder reports, including SLA reports.
Enhance Global Mobility service efficiency by executing and improving assignment support processes.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; an Advanced Degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Global Mobility experience (mandatory).
Experience with HRIS system transactions and reporting (Workday preferred).
Equus global mobility application experience is a plus.
