The Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) team drives profitable business growth by reducing fraud risk and maintaining industry-low credit loss rates. Roles & Responsibilities

Diverse Roles within the Product Job Family

The Product Job Family comprises various roles based on your fitment and business needs. These include:

  1. Product Development

    • Develop next-generation software products and solutions to address complex business challenges.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other product groups to build and iterate products that impact millions of customers.
    • Manage the implementation of critical products, driving global, reusable, and configurable designs, rule authoring, testing, integration, and product launches using low-code tools.
      (Roles in this cluster range from expertise in low-code tools to pro-code programming skills.)
  2. Product Management

    • Solve complex business problems through ideation, development, and ownership of next-generation technology products.
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements gathering, and product launch.
  3. Data Steward

    • Manage end-to-end ownership of enterprise data assets used in business decisions across millions of customers and billions of transactions.
    • Develop subject matter expertise on internal and external data assets.
    • Act as the custodian for data standardization, governance, quality, and ownership, ensuring compliance and data security.
    • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to drive change.

General Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be allocated to one of the roles above based on fitment and business needs and will be expected to:

  • Develop and Enhance Data Processes:

    • Build robust data management, integration, and quality processes by leveraging best-in-class technology.
    • Innovate using big data technologies to develop newer, better approaches.
  • Scale and Optimize Initiatives:

    • Identify innovative techniques to scale critical initiatives and enhance overall productivity.
    • Manage world-class data products by partnering with enterprise teams (Technology, Design, and End-Users) to build new capabilities, modules, and maintain existing assets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve unstructured problems and work effectively in a team environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently on complex, unstructured initiatives
  • A mindset that challenges the status quo and drives innovation
  • Programming skills are preferred; familiarity with Big Data, SQL, and Python is a plus
