This role within the Analytics, Investment Optimization, and Marketing Enablement (AIME) team—part of the Global Business Services Marketing group—is responsible for analytics solutions that shape customer acquisition and organic growth strategies for Beyond Card products in the SME and MM segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead analytics to develop Beyond Card strategies, including cross-sell and engagement efforts.
Support US SME strategic growth initiatives such as Alliance, BCA, Graph, and AP Automation.
Deliver actionable and insightful analytics to evaluate and improve business performance.
Partner with functional leaders and senior stakeholders to assess opportunities for customer engagement and revenue growth.
Challenge the status quo by driving automation and ongoing refinement of analytical frameworks.
Develop performance metrics to ensure business success.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics).
Strong technical and analytical skills to generate insights and drive results.
Ability to work independently and in a matrix organization, collaborating across teams and functions.
Strong programming skills are preferred; experience with Big Data programming is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
